Definition: What does QWAN KI DO represent?

The suggestion for a literal definition of the method QWAN KI DO always seems to be somewhat of a challenge. A martial art gets practiced, felt, lived...

Filled with physical exercises, a school of behavior and even a method to get to know yourself and to understand yourself... a lifestyle, QWAN KI DO ask for a special effort but gives you an equal amount of physical, mental and emotional balance.

Friendship and Respect,

Trust and Loyalty,

Willpower and Tenacity,

Competence and Wisdom,

Fighting strength and Chivalry,

Sincerity and Harmony,

Courage and Happiness,

Wish for victory...

QWAN KI DO is all that together and each one separately
